Doctoral Courses and Workshops

Contemporary doctoral education requires a thorough education of the candidates in state-of-the-art methodology and theory in their respective research field. The aim of this course-based education is to facilitate a maximum of productivity of young academics with regard to their self-efficacy in global research environments through their own research. With our program IDR doctoral courses, we intend to complement other doctoral programs in Germany and Europe and to facilitate international perspectives on theory and methodologies. We recruit outstanding international scholars to lay the foundation to empower participants in order to be optimally prepared to publish their work in top tier journals. Most courses are designed for doctoral students and young faculty in business administration, information systems, management and beyond. For the details of the individual courses please refer to the specific offerings below.

We wish you all the success in your academic future!
